Christopher Tana

Christopher Tana is the Managing Director of ProProperty Group, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across commercial and residential real estate throughout Western Australia. Based in Leederville, Christopher has built ProProperty Group into a respected full service agency specialising in commercial and residential sales, leasing, property management, development projects, and strategic property advisory.

Under Christopher’s leadership, ProProperty Group has evolved into a business known for its hands on approach, strong industry relationships, and commercially focused advice. The company works across office, retail, industrial, medical, mixed use, development, and residential assets, delivering tailored solutions for investors, developers, landlords, owner occupiers, and private clients throughout WA.

Christopher began his career with KPMG and Jones Lang LaSalle, gaining a strong foundation in property, investment strategy, and commercial negotiations that continues to shape his practical and results driven approach today. Known for his strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and ability to identify opportunity, he has successfully assisted clients through acquisitions, leasing campaigns, development projects, asset repositioning, and long term portfolio growth.

In addition to leading ProProperty Group, Christopher currently sits on the REIWA Council after being elected in 2022 as its youngest member, and has served on the REIWA Commercial Committee since 2016. Through these roles, he remains actively involved in industry advocacy, policy discussions, and the future direction of the Western Australian property sector.

Christopher is recognised for his direct involvement with clients and his commitment to delivering clear advice, strong execution, and long term outcomes. He works closely with a dedicated team across both the commercial and residential divisions of the business, ensuring clients receive personalised service backed by experience and accountability.

Outside of real estate, Christopher is a proud family man. He and his wife Hayley are raising their three young children together, and family remains a major driving force behind his work ethic, leadership, and long term vision for the business.
