Nick Sworder kicked off his real estate experiences with his first investment property purchase in 1990 and has continued to buy, sell & develop property ever since. He still has that first investment property in his current portfolio and has experienced firsthand the long-term equity benefits of property investment.

He has previously held a number of senior management positions for large national businesses including State Management and General Management roles, before turning his passion for property into his profession.

Aside from a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), Nick also holds a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Management
