Steve Fredriksen

Steve Fredriksen, Associate Director of Property Management at ProProperty Group, has been a respected part of the Perth community since relocating with his family to Western Australia in 1994. With more than two decades of experience in real estate, Steve plays a key leadership role within the business and is responsible for onboarding new investment property owners, while also mentoring, supporting, and guiding ProProperty Group’s dynamic property management team.

Since commencing his real estate career in 1999, Steve has built a reputation for professionalism, strong communication, and delivering exceptional client service. Prior to entering the industry, he held senior corporate management positions within the hotel sector and later worked as Operations Manager for a WA based private equity firm overseeing more than one thousand employees. This extensive management background has provided Steve with a strong operational foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and a clear understanding that consistent and effective communication is critical to delivering outstanding property management outcomes.
