Steve Fredriksen, Associate Director of Property Management at ProProperty Group, has been a respected member of the Perth community since relocating with his family to Western Australia in 1994. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Steve is a highly regarded leader who plays a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the business. He is responsible for onboarding new investment property owners, driving business development initiatives, and mentoring, supporting, and leading ProProperty Group's high performing property management team.

Since commencing his real estate career in 1999, Steve has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and delivering consistently outstanding results for property owners. His approachable nature, strong communication skills, and solutions focused mindset have enabled him to develop long standing relationships with clients, many of whom have trusted him with their property portfolios for decades.

Before entering real estate, Steve held senior corporate management roles within the hotel industry before progressing to Operations Manager for a Western Australian private equity firm, where he was responsible for overseeing a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. This extensive leadership and operational experience has given Steve exceptional organisational and people management skills, a strong commercial mindset, and a deep understanding of the importance of systems, accountability, and clear communication in achieving exceptional outcomes.
