Ross Sta Maria

Most recently, Ross played an integral role in the successful transition of Alpha Property's commercial property management portfolio following its acquisition by ProProperty Group. Drawing on his extensive management and operational experience, he worked closely with both clients and the team to ensure a seamless handover, maintaining service continuity while supporting the integration of systems, processes and relationships.

Prior to joining ProProperty Group, Ross was the Licensee of Alpha Property, leading the business for more than 22 years and building a reputation for delivering trusted advice across commercial sales, leasing and property management.

Ross has also enjoyed an extensive career in Commercial and Residential Design and Project Management, holding senior positions including Senior Associate, Group Design Manager and Senior Designer with HASSELL Architects. Throughout his career he has managed major commercial, retail, education and mixed-use projects across Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, while also undertaking senior roles in Dubai and China.

His experience extends across facilities management for shopping centres, commercial buildings and educational facilities, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how commercial assets are designed, operated and enhanced throughout their lifecycle.

Ross holds a Degree in Applied Architectural Science from Curtin University and has completed further qualifications in housing, sales and project management. He is a member of the Society of Interior Designers of Australia, an Honorary Member of the Inner-City Housing Developers Association, is conversant in Indonesian and holds a Diploma in Basic Mandarin.

Ross's diverse background allows him to provide strategic, commercially focused advice that goes beyond the transaction, helping owners, investors, developers and occupiers maximise the performance and long-term value of their commercial property assets.
