Nick Sworder

Nick Sworder is one of the founders of ProProperty Group and serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer and Licensee. With a unique combination of executive leadership experience, extensive property knowledge, and a genuine passion for real estate, Nick plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continued growth of the business.

Nick's property journey began in 1990 with the purchase of his first investment property. More than three decades later, he still owns that original investment, a testament to his long term belief in the value of property ownership. Since then, he has successfully bought, sold, developed, and managed a diverse range of properties, giving him firsthand insight into every stage of the property investment lifecycle.

Before transitioning into real estate full time, Nick held several senior executive positions with large national organisations, including State Manager and General Manager roles. His extensive corporate leadership background has equipped him with exceptional skills in business strategy, operational management, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

As COO and Licensee of ProProperty Group, Nick oversees the operational performance of the business, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, governance, systems, and client service. He is passionate about developing high performing teams, implementing innovative business practices, and creating a culture focused on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Nick holds a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. His strong academic background, combined with decades of practical experience in both business and property, allows him to provide strategic guidance to clients, investors, and the ProProperty Group team alike.
