We have considered very carefully whether the location of the property is ‘do-able’ in terms of vicinity to the Courts, and we have regrettably had to acknowledge that whilst it ticks all the boxes, it is just a tad too distant from the Courts and the convenient operation of the business. We would love for you to keep us in mind for future listings which may be closer to the Courts. As an aside, we really wish to commend you (and please pass on this email to your superiors) on the manner in which you have engaged with us – unlike so many agents, it was refreshing to be given the space we needed to consider the property, without constant harassment, overbearing pressure and links to their other listings which stink of desperation and a lack of understanding of our search criteria.
